Our client was run over by an unknown black SUV on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 around 8:00 P.M. while she was in the crosswalk. The crash occurred at the intersection of 108th St. and Biscayne Blvd. in Miami, Florida. She sustained serious injuries requiring hospitalization and surgery. The driver of the black SUV immediately fled the scene. The case is being investigated by the Miami-Dade Police Department case number PD201209387918. However, the victim was not satisfied with the resources available to her via the local police department nor did she feel the investigation was getting adequate attention. She reached out to Aronberg & Aronberg, Injury Law Firm, for assistance and answers.

Our firm’s private investigator will immediately canvas the area. We will search for surveillance video at local restaurants and shops in hopes of finding a lead. Traffic cameras will be checked (although we know from past experience traffic cameras usually do no store video). We will also obtain the 911 call log to track down potential witnesses. The personal injury lawyers at Aronberg & Aronberg have extensive experience and the resources necessary to track down hit and run drivers. Although we can’t guarantee success in finding a hit and run driver, we can assure our clients that no stone remains unturned in the pursuit of justice.

We are now seeking assistance from the local community. If you or anyone you know has information relating to the identity of the hit and run driver (or vehicle) please call our office at 561-266-9191 or email us at info@build.simple.biz.
