Auto – Wrongful Death Case – Orlando

We have been retained by the family of a young man who was killed in an automobile crash in the Disney resort area in Orlando, Florida. The young man was on his way home from working at Disney when another vehicle went through an intersection crashing into our client’s vehicle. The crash is under investigation and we are trying to determine through witness testimony whether the other vehicle ran through a yellow turning red traffic light.
