$1,700,000 Jury Verdict – Auto Accident

A jury awarded $1.7 million to our client who was a teenage passenger who suffered head and neck injuries in a one-car crash. Our client was in the front seat of a vehicle that crashed into a tree after the driver lost control in the rail. He sustained a fractured cervical spine and a traumatic brain injury.
