Aronberg & Aronberg, Injury Law Firm, recently settled a car accident case for $355,000. We resolved the claim in 9 months. The underlying facts involved a negligent driver running a red light and colliding with our client’s vehicle. Our client broke his arm and was rushed to the hospital. Surgery followed the next day to properly align the bones using a metal rod. Fortunately, our client was mentally and physically tough. He complained very little and diligently completed his therapy in just a few months. He was able to regain his pre-crash routine and lifestyle quickly. We also structured the case so he was still able to go to the gym, host his wedding and travel while the claim was still open.

Nonetheless, despite the overall strong recovery, we knew our client was entitled to a significant settlement. In terms of his past pain and suffering, he unquestionably went through a tough and trying time. We also focused our arguments on the possibility for a future surgery and post-traumatic arthritis which helped give rise for large future damages. Finally, he was left with a scar on his arm from the surgery.
