Investigating Indialantic Fatal Car Crash

Help us get answers for our clients who lost a family member in a fatal car crash that occurred on April 19, 2017 in Indialantic, Florida. The crash occurred just after midnight near the intersection of A1A and Ocean Oaks Drive. The defendant driver Ian Joel Morkan Colon is alleged to have been driving on the wrong side of the road, at speeds of approximately 80 mph according to the investigating police officer, when he struck our client’s car head on.
