Aronberg & Aronberg Investigating Boca Raton Traffic Fatality

The Law Offices of Aronberg & Aronberg have been retained by the family of Shaikh Ehab Najeeb to find answers, obtain closure and seek justice for the young man’s death. According to the Boca Raton Police Department, on December 29, 2019, sometime prior to 5:24 A.M.,  22 year old Mr. Ehab Najeeb was traveling eastbound at 3200 Clint Moore Rd. in Boca Raton, Florida. The crash location is close to the Woodfield Country Club entrance. Mr. Najeeb was driving a 2018 Blue Hyundai Tucson. For unknown reasons, the Hyundai Tucson lost control, left the roadway and collided with a telephone poll on the south side of the road. The incident was reported to Boca Raton police around 5:24 A.M. and officers arrived on scene around 6:17 A.M. Mr. Najeeb was transported to Delray Medical Center but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries after a valiant effort was made to save his life.

Our personal injury attorneys will start our investigation by downloading the “electronic data recorder” (a.k.a. black-box) from the vehicle. This information will assist us in determining the speed of the vehicle, steering wheel position and other user inputs during the 5 seconds leading up to the crash. Next, we will examine the vehicle to check whether any mechanical defects contributed to the crash. We will also inspect the exterior of the vehicle to assess whether a collision with a hit-and-run driver caused Mr. Najeeb to veer off the roadway.
