Luanna is a new case intake specialist and case manager. She has been with our firm since 2021. Luanna came to our firm from Philadelphia, PA, where she worked for many years as an interpreter for the Portuguese and Spanish speaking community and a case manager for a mass tort law firm.
Her family immigrated from Brasil to the United States in 1988. Throughout her childhood, she was the point of contact for her non-English speaking family and friends. This sparked her passion to advocate for those who did not have a voice. She witnessed the impact the right person can have in someone else’s life and became an advocate for the Portuguese speaking community in New Jersey and Philadelphia and became a certified medical interpreter. She has worked with attorneys over the years, providing interpreting services to non-English speaking clients.
She enjoys spending time with family and she likes to travel and cook.
