There is no upfront charge to hire the experienced personal injury attorneys at Aronberg & Aronberg, Injury Law Firm. We only earn a fee when we win your case. We will never ask you to cut us a check. If you do not receive a settlement or favorable verdict, you will not pay for our services.


Personal Injury Lawyer Fees: How We Charge

Instead, we submit a settlement demand package to insurance companies and engage in pre-lawsuit settlement negotiations. We strive to settle your case for top dollar as quickly as possible. Upon a successful pre-lawsuit settlement, our firm charges 33% of the settlement for our services.

Cases litigated in court (40%): In the rare event the defendant/insurance company does not respond favorably to our settlement demands, we are prepared to file a lawsuit and litigate your case. If a lawsuit is required for your case, our fee is 40% of the total recovery.

Cost Advanced: Our firm will pay for all costs necessary to prosecute your case. For cases that are settled before a lawsuit is filed, the cost is typically slim to none. Aronberg & Aronberg Law doesn’t “nickel and dime” our clients. There are no charges for photocopies, long distance calls, postage or the like. If we file a lawsuit on your case, we will advance the cost of court fees, court reporters, expert witnesses, private investigators etc. Aronberg & Aronberg Law has the power and means to fight the largest insurance companies. No expense will be spared in our fight to WIN your case. At the close of your case, the costs are reimbursed to the firm from the case winnings.
