Nursing Home Abuse/Neglect

A settlement was obtained on behalf of a victim’s family as the result of neglect in a nursing home facility. The facility failed to obtain medical treatment for it’s resident. We also proved that the nursing home facility failed to follow the law in keeping the residents chart up to date.
